We crossed Mekong from Thai border and arrived in Savannakhét, Lao PDR. Hiro, Ad and Ted were waiting for us and it was really nice to meet them again. Cafe Anakot has changed a lot since last year, it's beautiful and it has now everything of a laid back cafe. Obasan and I met there last year when Hiro was lauching her cafe. We feel proud to have contributed to that project. The following movie is a guided visit of this dear place.
Après avoir traversé le Mékong par le Pont de l'Amitié qui relie la Thaïlande au Laos, nous arrivons à Savannakhét. C'est un arrêt important car c'est chez Hiro, au Café Anakot, qu'Obasan et moi nous sommes rencontrés et que le projet de voyage est né. Depuis son lancement l'année dernière, le café s'est épanoui, et c'est un réel plaisir d'avoir participé à ce projet. La vidéo suivante est une visite guidée de cet endroit qui nous tient à coeur.
